DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?

Yes, we accept returns on all full priced items purchased from the IXIAH eboutique within 7 days of receipt. Your original payment method will be refunded.


CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.


HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Please read: http://www.ixiah.com/customerservices for  terms and conditions regarding IXIAH returns and exchanges policy.

  1. Please email shop@ixiah.com to request a returns authorisation number (RA#).
  2. Please fill out the returns & exchange form (sent with your original order) and send to the below address with the returned item/s:

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been confirmed, your delivery details cannot be changed.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Yes, we deliver to PO Box addresses. 


HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

All orders are shipped using TNT or AUSTRALIA POST and all orders over $100 receive free delivery Australia wide.

Delivery for orders placed before 10:00am Monday - Friday AEST are shipped via TNT or Australia Post (For in-stock items only). Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Please Note: Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and IXIAH will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

IXIAH ships Internationally. There is a flat rate of $35 for shipping and handling for all orders placed outside of Australia.
