PRODUCT DETAILS

• 20% Silk, 80% Linen. Model is 177cm and is wearing an AU 06. The garment fits true to size, we recommend you select your normal size.

CARING FOR YOUR IXIAH PIECE

• IXIAH styles can be delicate so we suggest to cold hand wash. Do not bleach, soak, wring dry or tumble dry. Drip dry in the shade and only iron on a cool setting with a cloth over the fabric. All beading is done by hand and can be irregular. Our beads are not to be soaked or wet as they can fade and lose colour. Most of our apparel is dry-cleanable.

DELIVERIES

• DOMESTIC
  Orders are shipped Australia wide using Shippit Courier Service. For regional orders Australia Post will be occasionally used. Delivery for orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday AEST are shipped within 24 hours.

  STANDARD SHIPPING (Estimated delivery time is 1-10 days)
  FREE for purchases over $250 AUD. ($15 AUD if the order value is less than $250 AUD).

  EXPRESS SHIPPING (Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days)
  $15.00 for purchases over $100 AUD. ($30 AUD for purchases under $100 AUD).

  INTERNATIONAL
  Orders are sent using DHL Express (Estimated delivery time is 3-14 days)
  FREE for orders over $500 AUD ($35 if the order is under $500 AUD)

  For international customers, TAX is not included in the product price and it's the buyer's responsibility to take care of the destination countries import TAX & VAT if it's occurred

  IMPORTANT NOTE
  Both services allow you to track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature may be requested upon delivery. Orders are packed Monday - Friday. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
  Any delivery date or time specified by our courier services is a best estimate only and IXIAH will not be liable for any delays in delivery. All orders are subject to availability and will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
  Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide your IXIAH online purchase with a refund or exchange on full priced items only. Sale items are final and refunds will not be issued unless required by law, however, we will offer an exchange or credit note should your sale item not be right for you. Read our returns policy.
