DO YOU REFUND? - +
Yes, we accept returns on all full priced items purchased from the IXIAH eboutique within 7 days of receipt. Your original payment method will be refunded.
For all full priced and sale purchases made in IXIAH stores, refunds are not given unless required by law; Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase.
All Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. READ THE RETURN POLICY
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM? - +
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund (unless deemed faulty). We do offer an exchange or credit on normal sale items if you are not happy with your Purchase. This applies for online and in stores.

ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALES - +
For all products marked with FINAL SALE/WAREHOUSE SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty.
FINAL SALE items will not be accepted at any of our Boutiques or if returned via the Online Returns Portal. Due to the reduced pricing of our Online Warehouse Sales some items may have slight imperfections or reasonable flaws which we do not consider a fault.
If something you ordered has a minor manufacturing fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major manufacturing fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

I MISSED A SALE. CAN YOU EXTEND THE SALE FOR ME? - +
Unfortunately, if you missed the SALE time period we are unable to extend this beyond the specified time periods as advertised.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM? - +
Please read our REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY for terms and conditions regarding IXIAH returns and exchanges.
To return an item please visit the IXIAH Returns Centre.
Fill in the details and follow the prompts. Once your return is lodged you will be notified of our decision within 24-48 hours if lodged on business days (Monday - Friday) and respective return instructions, if your case is approved.
All approved returns are to be posted to the below address.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES? - +
Yes, we deliver to PO Box addresses using a standard Australia Post Service.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? - +
NATIONAL ORDERS (Australia Wide)
All orders Australia-wide valued at $250 and over receive free delivery and are shipped using Shippit Couriers or Australia Post. If your order value is under $250 Shipping is $15.00 AUD
Delivery for orders placed before 10:00am Monday - Friday AEST are shipped via Shippit or Australia Post (For in-stock items only). Please allow 24 hours for dispatch and 1-4 days for capital cities (using regular post) and allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders valued at $500 and over receive free delivery and are shipped using DHL Express. If your order value is under $500 Shipping is $35.00 AUD
Delivery for orders placed before 10:00am Monday - Friday AEST are shipped via DHL Express (For in-stock items only). Please allow 24 hours for dispatch and anywhere from 2-14 days depending on your location.
Please Note: Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and IXIAH will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. We advise getting in touch and requesting express shipping should your order be urgent.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? - +
IXIAH ships worldwide using DHL express. Shipping over $500AUD is free, for all orders under this amount the shipping fee is $35AUD
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? - +
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & PayPal as well as ApplePay, AfterPay, Klarna and ZipPay. This is available in-store and online.
