Shipping Information

SHIPPING PROCESS

We ship using a standard Australia Post service or Shippit Couriers whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. All IXIAH orders request a signature upon delivery and to never be left unattended, however during COVID19 contactless deliveries are in place along with updated courier terms and conditions, package delivery is at the sole discretion of the courier driver. Because IXIAH has no control over this, we request our customers track and trace their order and delivery times advised by the courier and ask for someone to be home during this time frame to avoid theft and missing parcels taking place. IXIAH holds no responsibility for theft or missing parcels due to updated COVID19 terms and conditions.

Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Shipping costs:

  • Standard shipping Australia wide: $15.00AUD (free for purchases over $250 AUD)

  • International Express Shipping with tracking number: $35.00AUD (free for purchases over $500 AUD)

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

  • For international customers, TAX is not included in the product price and it's the buyer's responsibility to take care of the destination countries import TAX & VAT if it’s occurred.

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00am Monday - Friday AEST are shipped via Australia Post or a Courier Service (For in-stock items only). Please allow 24 hours for dispatch. Please allow 1-4 additional days for capital cities (using regular post) please allow an additional 1-3 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and IXIAH will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery for orders placed by 10:00am Monday - Friday AEST are shipped via DHL (For in-stock items only). Please allow 24 hours for dispatch. Please allow 2-14 additional days depending on your location. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and IXIAH will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends. Orders are subject to availability. We advise getting in touch and selecting express shipping should your order be urgent.

OWNERSHIP & RISK

Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.

SALE DELIVERY DELAYS

Please note during sale periods, orders may be subject to delay, so please allow an additional 7 days for dispatch and then a minimum of 3-15 business days for National deliveries and 4-17 days for International (using regular post).
