We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide your IXIAH online purchase with a refund or exchange on full priced items only. Sale items are final and refunds will not be issued unless required by law, however, we will offer an exchange or credit note should your sale item not be right for you.
Refunds and exchanges will only be offered where:
- the goods are in their original condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
- the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
- the goods are lodged for a return within seven working days of receiving date;
- the IXIAH return procedures are followed (through our returns centre)
All exchanges are subject to availability. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you do require an exchange you will need to pay for the Shipping costs; inbound (postage back to us) and outbound (postage for the exchanged item sent to you). Please also read Return Shipping Terms.
Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
- are faulty (unless caused by you);
- have been wrongly described;
- are different to the goods that you ordered;
Returns must be returned to IXIAH within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original payment method used. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty, however, an exchange or credit may be provided.
IXIAH Warehouse Sale items are final. No exchange, refund or store credit will be issued for these styles. We encourage people to choose careful during this time.

IXIAH Flash Sale’s are subject to these terms and conditions (the “Offer”). A further 50% off is applied at checkout using code: EXTRA50 and is applied to the online marked price.
Flash Sale’s prices are final and are subject to our sale return policy. IXIAH reserves the right at our discretion to revoke, suspend, cancel and/or
amend the Offer and these terms and conditions at any time and
without notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the Offer, the
decision of IXIAH is final.

The above policy only applies to the IXIAH Online Store. IXIAH stores are not able to accept returns on items purchased Online. Similarly, purchases made in stores cannot be returned to the Online Store. Online returns must be actioned through the returns centre.
For purchases made in IXIAH stores, no refunds unless required by law; Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds on sale items unless faulty or required by law. Sale items must be returned within 7 days for either a credit note or exchange.
Return shipping must be prepaid via a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. IXIAH takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you request for an exchange you will need to pay for ALL shipping costs inbound & outbound.
IXIAH will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our retailers or concessions and vice versa. The following items are non-refundable/exchangeable for other items: jewellery, accessories or sale items unless deemed faulty.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
Fill in the details and follow the prompts. Once your return is lodged you will be notified of our decision within 24-48 hours if lodged on business days (Monday - Friday) and respective return instructions, if your case is approved.
